New Client Intake Form
Thank you for your interest in working with us! Once we receive this form, we will either reach out with additional information or to schedule a call to discuss your needs in more depth.
Our office hours are generally Mon-Friday, 10:00am-3:00pm and you can expect to receive a response within 48 hours (during business hours).
In order to serve all of our clients well, we only take on a limited number of projects per month.
We recommend reaching out to us far in advance of your delivery deadline to ensure that we can fit your shoot into our schedule.
We do not currently take on projects with budgets under $5,000 USD. If cost is an issue we can try to work together to find a solution.
